This cut-off machine comes with a highly efficient 2-MIX engine and K-ME abrasive wheel, for cutting steel, as standard.

The 2-MIX Engine

The TS 910i’s high-torque 6.2 kW 2-MIX engine includes the very latest STIHL fuel injection. This engine is 24% more powerful and 30% more fuel efficient than the TS 800 model, helping the machine cut quickly and precisely, up to 145mm (5.7 inches) deep. And thanks to its ‘purge and pull’ procedure, the TS 910i is much easier to start than the TS 800 too.

STIHL ElastoStart

This cut-off machine includes the STIHL ElastoStart feature, which is a special shock absorber grip that eliminates the need for jerky movements when pulling the tool’s cord. As this ensures an easier, smoother, more reliable starting process, it reduces the strain on your body when starting the machine.

The Decompression Valve

The inclusion of a decompression valve also benefits the TS 910i’s start-up procedure. When opened, the valve allows some of the compressed mixture to escape the cylinder, which reduces the force needed to start the machine and so protects the starting mechanism.

The TS 910i’s Magnesium Deflector

Just like the rest of this tool, the TS 910i’s magnesium cutting wheel guard is light in weight but strong and durable. It will protect you from flying debris, as well as cooling water sprayed from the cutting wheel.

STIHL’s Cyclone Pre-Separation Filter

The cyclone pre-separation filter swirls the air drawn into the machine and then ejects larger, heavier dust particles. This pre-cleaned air then passes through the pre-separator duct to the filter.

Because of this pre-cleaning process, the filter lasts far longer than those found in conventional filtration systems.
